Charge 1 Unlicenced Driving, the driver was licenced in another state, that is why it was withdrawn before court. Charge 2 Speding in a School Zone, the car was doing 58ks at 2:35 PM at the Windaroo Primary Schol, where the school zone drops to 40km, HOWEVER the driver was doing a neighbour a favour and dropping their kids off at the primary school, the driver went to the Windaroo High school every day aproximately 1 K away from the primary school, NOTE the school zone starts at 3pm, so the driver thought the school zones times were standard, in fact the driver was fined for not taking his eyes off the road and checking his watch. The important thing to note here are the dates of the documents and the dates of the alleged offences NOTE One of alleged offences was withdrawn before reaching court but it is stil on the history WHY? The Police clearly put the phone charge onto the traffic history in order to gain a higher fine (Longer list of offences higher the fine) Then in order to take it to court it was removed from the traffic history in order to trick the court into believing it was never taken to court, so it could be taken to court and processed. A NOVEL WAY TO RECYCLE!

Above a history including 3 charges withdrawn before going to court but showing the phone charge dealt with and the fine HOWEVER NOTE the fine amount is diferent! In fact after the forth attempt to bring it to court the Majistrate stated the next court date on the 21st but in fact it was changed to the 13th a wek earlier and the driver not informed of the change, an easy way to gain a win, obviously the Majistrate was told the driver was a NO SHOW and in his absence was in fact fined $350.00 ALSO note the dates on the SPER Docks and amounts don't add up especially when checked with the trafic histories.
